Mate... when it all comes down to it, you have to make a decision and whether you make that decision with you heart or with your head depends on the type of person you are.
Also, as you mentioned in your last message, no one on this forum knows either you or the young lady in question. Therefore we don't know all the facts... things fall back on to you.

At then end of your life, when you are looking back at everything, your main thoughts are of all the things you didn't get to do, and of the things that you never found out. You do not dwell on the things that you regret doing... because they pass... but the things that you didn't do, well, that's life experience that you will never get. Lost forever.
Do what feels right by you... there is a chance that you were being ripped off and conned... but then there is also a chance that you were not, and that the young lady truly loves you... I know what I would do, but then you are not me...
