It is people like Geoff who deserve this term. And you can see how he's bringing up his son to be the same. He's right, however, about Kuta culture, but it is the Ugly Australians and other visitors who have made it like that. Can't you just see him inland with the gentle Balinese, expecting that they'll understand if he shouts and barnstorming arrogantly over their good manners. Ah well, there has to be some Yang I suppose.
