I go to BKK every year and leave stuff at the "left baggage"area. As far as I know there are no lockers but there are two of these places (one one each floor) in the international airport. After you get through customs, turn right and you'll see one of them on the left. Don't know what these places are called but you'll find them easily.
Last year it cost about 20Bhat (50cents) a day per bag (any size) but it beats hauling extra stuff all over the place. Good luck.
