What to expect in Nov

My girlfriend and I will be travelling in Bali the first two weeks of Nov. We both are informationly challenged about Bali, books can only educate so far. Looking to you the travellers to get the real skinny on the true facts. Does anyone know what we can expect in the way of weather and Hotel costs(being in the off season) during this time ?

Thanks and if anyone would like to get together during that time let me know. We arrive around Nov 2nd.
