1. If you want to send and receive E-mail whilst in Bali you are beeter off to get a free E-mail account from somewhere like Yahoo. You can then connect to your E-mail account from anywhere and pickup or send E-mail using any World Wide Web browser. If you don't do this the Cyber Cafes will get your E-mail sent to their (free) accounts and charge you for receiving and sending every message - I think from memory approximately 1000 or 1500 per message.

2. Web access costs differ in each place. Legian Cyber Cafe rates were 7500 per 15 minutes.

3. Balinese all have the same "first" name depending on which child they are. If they are the first born child they are always called "Wayan". They are also given other names eg Wayan John. They have a name for the second and third born and then they use Wayan etc again for the fourth etc. born. I think that is how it works.
