Just wondering if those of you who have been to Lombok (or know lots about the island) would suggest going there for one day. We may think about spending the night if it's essential or highly recommended.
Where are the best places to go in such a short visit?
I read in an old "Lonely Planet" book that flights from Bali are only $25-30 (US). I'm assuming that this figure is really dated, so could somebody give me the new price? If it's really that cheat to fly and it only takes 20mins to get there, I'd rather do that than the ferry that takes half of a day.
