They charge about 4000Rh per transmission. I was only sending short messages home to keep in touch. You type your messages off line and they connect when you are ready. Replies cost 1000Rh per page and you can check the blackboard outside the cafe to see if they have a message for you. If Roda is not conveniently located for you, then there are lots of places where you can get internet access, it does not have to be a cybercafe. I just enjoyed the enthusiasm of the young people at Roda so usually went there.
