I'm leaving on Saturday for two weeks at the Bounty. This is the 3rd or 4th time I have stayed there (this is my 9th trip), and obviously I find it great. It's nothing overly flash, but nice clean rooms, excellent service, good location, reasonably priced, clean pools etc. I have never had a problem with drunken Aussies there (or drunken anyone else for that matter...), and I don't go to party hard- I go to relax. The first I heard about it being a "party hotel" was a story in one of the Sydney newspapers.... hopefully it hasn't changed since last October anyway...
I can't see you being disappointed...
