If you are looking for a Cyber Cafe close to where you are staying there is one close to Martahari's Dept store in Kuta, it is unstairs just before you hit the restaurants. They where reasonably prices I paid 22,000 for 20 minutes. I send email's to all my friends back home. There email address is baliweb@indosat.net.id
