Yep! HK has moved it's airport as of the 6th of July 98.
It is in the middle of knowhere now.
I don't think that there is an airport hotel yet.
The best and cheapest way into town in on the bus.
Forget the train $$$ For Central take the E11 not A11 as that is twice the price. For Kowloon TST take E22 you can buy tickets and get change from the bus operators somewhere in the airport (i have only been to the new one once before!)
Ref. hotels - no idea, though I hear the WESLEY in HK side is not too expensive though Kowloon side ones are usually cheaper.
