I don't have time to go through all of the hotels on that page, nor do i know your price range, but I can strongly recommend the Tanjung Sari in Sanur (US$160) and the Hotel Ibah in Ubud (US$250). The Ibah is especially wonderful. If you go up north, you should try the Puri Lumbung Cottages. At about US$60 they are clean with hot/cold running water, and the area is very beautiful.
