You'd probably get better, more detailed info if you posted a budget (e.g., cost per person) for what you're looking for. Like anywhere else in the world, Bali offers everything from the most basic and inexpensive to Five-star, world-class accomodations and services. If budget is no object, my recommendations would be the Four Seasons at Jimbaran Bay (if you want to be near the ocean) or the Amandari (if you want to be in the hills/mountains near Ubud. again, an idea of your budget would be useful.
