We also take a sleeping pill for long hauls. Flying west is easier and if you can manage to stay at the time you arrive it also helps. eg; you arrive at 3pm , try and stay awake until after supper. Also no alcohol, lots of water and no heavy foods. We work shift work and I sometime think that perhaps that helps with jet lag. Not availabe in Canada is MELATONIN which I have heard really helps, but if you take it there are 1 or 2 drugs that it is not compatible with ie: prozac and like so ask your doctor. If your Canadian and live close to the border it is easy to get. I was moaning about 19.5 hours, yours is a killer 27+
