Just got back a week ago and I found Garuda fine. Nothing exciting, but no problems either. Denpasar ariving was easy - it was only on the return trip that Denpasar airport is a bit overwhelming - don't forget your departure card, 50,000rp each and don't let the porters take your bags unless you want to pay them 10,000rp each! (Two grabed our two bags and demanded 20,000rp between them, which while not much was a bit rich considering they each only carried a tiny bag each - I could have carried them both easily myself!)
The food leaving Aus was fine, the food returning was not so nice, the services was friendly and up to the standard I've experienced on Qantus.
