We retuned to Montreal from Bali on 19th Sep. No need to convert your Canadian dollars to $US. The money changers know the exchange rate between the US and Canadian dollar. Shop arround and get a better deal. Take a calculator and calculate amount yourself. When you receive the money count it twice and make sure that you got the correct amount in your hand before you leave the money changer's place.
