I can recommend following:
Hepatitis A virus vacination: (called HAVRIX 1440). You need at least one dose, but if you take two, you are protectet for at least 10 years (one neadle less next time you travel!) Hepatitis A is transmittet through contaminated food (from human stool). To save money you can take gammaglobulin instead, but it only gives short protection and a larger dose is injectet.
Malaria profylaksis is not needed if you stay on Bali, the risk is small. Instead use repellent and bring tablets for malaria treatment treatment, eg. "Malarone", consult your dr..
Tetanus is a must!!! if you haven't had one within the last 10 years. Occurs worldwide, you also need it in your own country.
If you explore the local "night life", you might need a Hepatitis B virus vaccination (can be combined with Hepatitis A), but you should use a condom anyhow to protect against sexually transmitted dis. (incl. HIV), so I guss you can save this one.
Typhoid fever: Transmittet through contaminated food, this vacine is given as tablets, gives protection for 3 years.
IF YOU GO TO GILLI ISLANDS, you need malaria profylaksis!
Alltogether Bali is a safe place with good hospitals.
Finally You should always contact your own doctor, this is just my advices. Sorry about my english!
Kindly regards
