We have been back now 3 weeks. We went with two other couples and they both bought CD Video players. They shopped around and paid $200.00 AUS. They bought them in Denpasar at an electrical shop. The only problem they had was the connection to power so they had them changed and haven't had any problems with them. I will try and find out what the name of the place was as they gave the business card to someone else who was interested in buying one. If I can't get a name will get directions for you. You can buy them at the dept stores in Denpasar as well but probably pay a bit more.
