They have horse riding tours twice daily. One is along the beach and another is through the paddy fields. A lunch and an afternoon tea (??) are included in the price. Don't fall for the trap that Jane did. If are told that your horse is not available either get your money back or organise to go another day. Not sure of the price but about US$30 sounds right. If BTS no longer has horse riding tours go around the corner to Yannies Restaurant and Bar, ask Nigel or Yannie about horse riding and they'll point you in the right direction.
