Singapore Changi Int Airport open 24 hours aday,some stores might shut down over night,but cafe and restaurants will be open.
Changi Located about 45 minutes from downtown S'pore (orchid Rd).
If you only stay less than 24 hours in anywhere in S'pore you eligible to get free city tour.Keep your last boarding pass and present that to local tourism board at the airport.(you'll see them there).
At the food court at Changi Airport there are a few internet access you can log in (cost you SIN $7.00/hour).There are some good stores to buy duty free stuff.
If you decided to go downtown get your self a ticket for shuttle bus to downtown S'pore,cost you SIN $5.00,ask the driver to drop you off at Bencoolen St.From there you can walk to Orchad rd easily.
Bring some S'pore dollar would be wise thing to do,althogh American dollars is welcome there.There is smokeing place at the airport.
The busses will be leaving every 30 minutes.
S'pore is FINE city.....
