Discovered the Shanti Village a couple of years ago and love it. It's in the centre of Sanur right on the beach and is very reasonably priced ($18aud per night). Has a lovely swimming pool right on the beach and the restaurant is reasonable (not great but okay) there are loads of restaurants right outside the front door. The rooms are really comfortable and each room has a verandah or balcony with wicker sun lounges for you to laze around on. We had orginally booked into the much more expensive La Taverna and were really dissapointed with the place for the money and thought the Shanti was much nicer. If you search the archieves you should be able to find the address and email/telephone number. I've posted it previously but can't find their details just at the moment. It's right next door to the Besakih Beach in and the Santrian to give you an idea of it's location on the beach.
