The best places for really fresh seafood are probably the open restaurants in Jimbaran between the Inter-Continental and the airport. You sit right on the beach and can enjoy fresh fish, squidd, prawns and lobster, all deliciously spiced and grilled over coconut husks. Prices are very reasonable - expect to pay about US$10-20 per person for a huge meal. And a large bottle of beer is only 5,000 Rupiah (about US$2.10).
