Unfortunately we are not in Bali, but you can still ring us and then all we can do is contact the location with your complaint.
Regarding businesses closing or changing hands:
As a courtesy call we contact the businesses concerned quarterly, to see how things are going and periodically they contact us, for instance if there is a admission price change.
So hopefully, we can guage if the businesses are still running.
Yes, you do have to buy the whole pack as presented. The price is $5.00 per pack, which is a twin pack (i.e. 12 vouchers)
If you used all the vouchers your saving would be about $50.00.
By the feedback we have received from our customers the majority of them visit the Waterbom Park compared to the other locations.
So, for example if you only used the two Waterbom Park vouchers in the pack your saving would easily exceed the $5.00 charge for the full pack.
