You will not have any problem finding good drivers, but if you are going to Ubud please give Made Jendra a call. He is based at Villa Bukit Ubud. Just call there and ask for him if you are
in Ubud. If you are worried about tours, don't worry, Bali is so tourist oriented you will find package tours avaiable at all the hotels, plus drivers wandering the streets looking for customers.
I find it is best to have an idea about which things you want to see so your driver can plan your itinerary. There are so many things to see and do, particularly temples, ride terraces, art galleries etc.
