Hey Man,
1) You can rent small sail boats, Hobie Cats etc and wind surfers at Jimbaran beach.
The most beautiful golf course is Handara near Bedugul in the mountains, but there
are others in Nusa Dua and a new one near Tanah Lot.
2) Ask a travel agent. Should be around $500 return from HKG.
3) Most central would be Kuta and Legian, but it doesn't really matter as distances
are short and you'll need some wheels anyway. The hotel depends on you budget.
4) Nobody has to stay alone. There are many chicks around in Kuta/Legian, on the
beach and in the restaurants and discos.
5) Good luck, but don't worry if you don't get a reply. Won't be a problem when
you're there!
