HBF is offering a rate of $449/night (inclusive of tax and service charge). This is a good deal for the Four Seasons. Is HBF (or Private Villas, Ltd.) a realiable agency? They want a non-ref deposit for one night. At $449/night, that is a big sum.
Any references other can share on HBF (Private Villas Ltd.)?
