In the second half of November you are entering in the begining of the rainy season; this only means that on a usual basis it becomes dark at 6 P.M and starts raining at 6:15 P.M. Mind you rain there for a couple of minutes can be quite a site but usually never lasts for to long and has the advantage to bring the temperature down.
Furthermore, you are entering a period where balinese have more time to give you and during which you are in a stronger bargaining position because of fewer tourists. Do nor hesitate to bargain for every single service. It is a part of daily life and one gets used to it can be quite a lot fun.
