usually November is fine, as the rainy season starts in December. However, nowadays you never know. Just now we are in the middle of the dry season, and in the past you wouldn't see a single cloud for weeks during this time of the year. But since a few days it's raining every day for a few hours! As the climate is definitely changing, don't trust any forecasts.
