I stayed at the Sheraton in Nusa Dua. I found a "quiet" beach called Pantai Geger which was 5 minutes by cab. Mostly top free but if you walk to the right about 1/2 mile, beyond the rocks, you find a secluded beach. I spent most of the day there.
