If you have a confirmed booking -- either hotel or
a private villa -- you will be automatically picked
up at the airport.
When you pass the door after the customs area yo face
many "airport representatives" of all major hotels
and villa rental companies holding signboards with the
names of guests they expect. These guys will arrange
your transfer.
The cost is between US$5 and US$30 depending on the
distance. If you've rented a villa airport reception
and transfer are usually complimentary.
