You should look for a small private cottage with swimming pool ans some household staff. We did this last year, and it was just marvelous! It was close to the beach (perhaps 200 yards), totally private and surrounded by a wall, and the house boys cleaned everything, did the laundry etc but did not cook. No problem, we had our dinners outside.
I long for going back there since we left. Enjoy the experience, that's what we live for, right?
