As far as I know, the best places to go are Ubud and
Peliatan. They are both well-known for their dancers.
When I was there 3 years ago, I went to a restaurant
called Menara's and there were several women who taught
dance in the back of the restaurant. I don't remember
the exact cost, but I do remember it was very reasonable.
Menara's is (was?!) located on the main street in
Ubud, near the market.
