Many good restaurants in Sanur but prefer Kesuma (fish) to the far south on the beach or Beach Cafe to North..also on beach path. In Amed had a good meal at a place in the north but can't remember the name!
Another good restaurant in CD...if you walk east of the lagoon there is a a road leading to the coast but just past that is a hotel (sorry don't recall name) bur they supply good meals especially seafood
