It is a credit card, however they do not charge commission, transaction fee or conversion costs - load it with cash before you go on holidays and then just use it - if you then go into your "credit" on the card - i.e. use up the cash you will then need to pay it off before the due date so that you don't have to pay the interest. It does sound too good to be true, but it's all good.
