just as an example, I think I paid about $135 for one q sized doona cover and 2 pillow cases ( all embroidered and piped edges ) and 2 scatter cushion covers also embroidered and 2 q sized sheets with matching pillowcases also piped. I was happy with this, I didnt ask what thread count but I too am pretty fussy ( hate cheap sheets that pill ) and these feel lovely to me.Hope this helps.
