I would suggest you try booking "A Initmate Dinner" at The Legian (not the Legian Beach Hotel where you're staying, but The Legian which is down the road in Seminyak).
I posted the entire menu in a previous post a week or so ago - as I arrnaged this for my husband's 40th birthday dinner. The cost is around $120 AUD per person including tax, and also includes a bottle of sparkling wine - the food is amazing, and the setting is in a small private bale down by th beach, removed from the rest of the guests. It's very private, candlelit, the floor is scattered with frangipani petals and it's just gorgeous. You have your own personal waiter to take care of your throughout the evening.
I think it's extraordiarily good value for money - and perfect for an anniversary dinner :)
