Many temples have ceremonies at full mooon, you'll need to ask around to see which ones near you have a ceremony and at what time. If planning to attend, you will need to be appropriately dressed - men in sarong, shirt to cover the shoulders and udeng (temple headcloth), for females, sarong, kerbayer, or similar blouse, to cover the shoulders. Both men and women need to wear a temple sash. Women should not attend if menstruating, or anyone with open/bleedingwounds etc should also not attend
