I found, I went to Bali Galleria and it's only 10 min up Sunset rd.
It gives one an idea of prices to pay at local stalls. Market stalls were selling exactly the same items as Biaritz and Geneva. These stalls being fixed price makes it simpler if you don't want the hassle of having to bargain.
As an example when I was in Biaritz, usually a guy follows one around to answer questions, carry the basket etc. It's a good idea to give him a tip, say 5,000-10,000 for his effort. I didn't realise this until my driver explained it to me that it is a courtesy thing.
Geneva is a further 5-10 min up the road, it has a larger range of homewares.
