This is hard to find if you want your own pool as well as a busy communal pool.
Novotel Nusa Dua has two bedroom apartments with pools, but the location is probably not suitable for girls' trip.
I think there is a villa in Sanur in some hotel grounds, which may suit. Look for it on flipkey.
In Seminyak Vila Lumbung has a 3 bed villa you can rent, but it has no pool.
The Melasti has family apartments, but again, no pool.
