We booked direct with company and arranged pickup time, there were three sessions. They picked us up on the day got to the dolphin lodge it was there that we paid and then we went out to the pen.
No mention of paying before the day and it wasn't confirmed, we just waited for pickup on the day we had booked for and hoped they hadn't forgot.
