Yes she can do that. I have just been to see her yesterday and she is making me a ring to fit around my engagement ring . Made my wedding ring 15 years ago and never had any problems. I think she gets her stones from Thailand that is were she came from. She is going to Bangkok next month to see her daughter who lives there.
