I have used booking.com quite a few times.. they have a best price guarantee as well.. I booked through them for a hotel in Bali, and about 2 months later, their own web site was cheaper.. I emailed them and they gave it to me at that price, as they do with any cheaper hotel you find online with same dates/room etc. I always look their first.. never had a problem so far...highly recommend too..
