you know how - you need to take ID - I handed over my passport to the customer service desk out side the doors on the left (if facing airport entry) and they give you a big yellow visitors tag which meant all security guys opened doors for me and was all good. I took my Mum-in-Law up to passport control.
Hardest part was actually leaving the building to get back out not many exit options. A security guy was stopping people from exiting but my tag got the door held open wide for me ..............
Biggest issues was remembering to return tag for my passport. Cost nothing except a smile of thank you for my passport.
