Just spoke to Usman and he trains kickboxing as well as boxing and general training..I told him you would be in touch and he is sending me his email which I have lost...will post back here as soon as I receive...He is a funny guy..he thought it was for me and I was surprising him!!! Little does he know I have put on 20 kgs since we last trained lol
