I have had items made and repaired several times in Bali. Last time I asked for an eternity ring to be made that fitted in with my "shaped" wedding ring. I kept the engagement ring as I didnt want to risk a stone swap. The Jeweller didnt know that I had another ring that fitted in....I supplied the stones for the ring.
When I collected the ring it was obviously not what I had asked for, supplied photo of etc, the stones (and I had kept a few for earrings for a later date) were not the same ones that I had given him. The wedding ring (that should have not been touched at all) was given back to me a different colour....this is only noticeable when it is next to the engagement ring. I was very disappointed, but, buyer beware.....
