Tabanan City and is open all day. They are not used to seeing many tourists but they are very welcoming. Most bargaining is done with pen and paper as English is limited but it is fun. Be warned though that it is really hot inside. It takes about 1 hour to get to Tabanan depending on traffic and road closures due to ceremonies lol. It is not far from the Butterfly Park. We usually get there about 11am.
