I got my old gold melted down a couple of years back. got her to make a ring and put some of my diamonds in it, well lost a diamond after a month, had to wait till next trip to get it repaired, so when i went back i asked her to melt the ring and make me some sleeper type earrings and put the diamonds in the middle of them, ok, that was done, was very happy with the job, a couple of months later (as the clasp wasn't that good on one) i lost one earring without relizing, was only when someone commented on it, waitied till next trip and got her to melt down the one i had to make 2 smaller ones, and low and behold, a while later 1 of the diamonds fell out, i emailed her and told her i wasn't happy, soooooooo got it fixed for free this trip, and guess what...1 day later it fell out again, i got it repaired again without paying, and was very grumpy because of the poor workmanship, and now there's a gap that looks like 2 diamonds fell out and they only replaced one.............SO I WILL NEVER USE HER AGAIN, AND I CERTAINLY WON'T B RECOMMENDING HER....
