I always mean to post a JBR but then don,t get around to it and then forget lots of things so I will try the here reports as I have enjoyed so much all the reports that everyone else has posted. Arrived just after lunch a beautiful not as hot as I thought it would be traffic ok.
I was having a bit of a pannick attack as booked into the kuala plantain after myusual procrastination on where to stay which involved two weeks trawling trip advisor went for the comfort zone. Then to hear of it being a favourite with the schoolies crew.All seems good so far a lot of older people here ( my age) but tonight will tell!.
Had a great experience ,the usual cannot find a bluebird taxi when you want one so thought just grab this dark blue one I am only going to alta moda. First I had to ask him three times to turn his meter on after he locked the doors when I got in! Then he kept playing with the meter so I sat inthe middle of the back seat to watch him ,what a tool then when we stopped he turned the meter off and said 150,000 I said no the meter said 10,400 . Inthe end I gave him 10,000 and told him that if he had been honest I would have tipped him as I always do ,his loss. I am happy with a bit of bantering but do not like straight out dishonesty.
Anyhow my experiences got better Alta Moda I was just in heaven they had some stunning material just inside the door. So nearly 100$ later I walk out and am still thinking about the material inside the door just have to think what I would get made from it sure I will come up with something.....
Now comes the decision where to eat for dinner beachside or up inthe depths of jl plantai utara.
I was thinking on the way over here about how things have changed over the years my first visit I remember lining up at a hotel on the sight where matahari is now for three hours to phone home then to not be able to get through so it was the policy on following trips to everyone at home no news is good news,now here we are writing here now reports for everyone to read.
