I have gained so much information on BTF however I feel very reticent to post a JBR, as I have witnessed nasty comments and people taking negative reports personally. Hence they have to attack the writer and be extremely derogatory.
This is a forum, therefore both negative and positive comments should be welcomed.
When I book a hotel i look for both positive and negative comments and draw my own conclusion. This should also be the case on BTF. However the venom that people type if they don't like a comment is very disappointing and completely puts others off giving THEIR personal opinion. This unfortunately is our loss, however totally understandable.
