the nasty vile unnecessary comments that I would read turned myself (and my sisters) off from posting and reading here awhile back.
It's sad really because this is a great source of info, info that you could never get from a book nor a travel agent.
Not all info is relevant to what I am chasing but what I contribute hopefully helps someone else out down the road.
I have been frequenting this forum since its inception back in '97 so I have been "THAT":

Girly Shopping Tripper
and now Married and Mum of 3 young girls
so all the info I have collated over the years has been sucked into my memory bank and has been used at some point in time when visiting Bali.
As people are 'anonymous' they think that they can post derogatory comments and get away with it. True they can. But people tire of it and walk away.......like we have.
I come back now and again and am delighted to read great reports like BagusBabe's and DutchNat's . For me this is what the BTF was all about. Light humour with some valuable info thrown in for good measure.
I suppose people move on, go in different directions and perhaps have no time to scroll through the forums like in the olden days ;)
I know Ken (FA) is a busy man so to go through each and every post to see who is playing nice would be fairly tedious I would imagine and as a result a lot goes through to the keeper.
Don't bite is my motto. Let the twits standout on their own, they usually do in Bali anyway and would you bother giving them the time of day there? No me either.
