Nanny Berta, though privately, not through Karsini. She is absolutely awesomely amazing. I cannot recommend her enough. She cared for our 3 little rug rats (7,5 & 3.5) almost every day for 9 days, and by the end, the youngest almost cried when they said goodbye. Berta swims, and spent the whole day at Waterbom with us taking the youngest on some pretty hairy rides (at my daughters request!)which freed hubby and I up to take a son each :)

Seriously though, I researched my heart out and Berta was THE best. She has an absolute heart of gold and will win your family's heart too.
